Lake Beresford Water Association is a non-profit organization (501c12) governed by volunteer Officers and Directors. Property owners join the Association when establishing new water service and remain members until the property is sold (renters are not eligible for membership). Our service area includes approximately 600 families in the area of the Hontoon peninsula of the scenic St. Johns River. We operate with a small staff, and every effort is made to keep the costs low, but rest assured Lake Beresford Water Association is governed by and strictly adheres to Federal, State and County regulations while maintaining a high level of water quality. We are active members of the Florida Rural Water Association and stay up to date on all matters affecting Florida water utilities.
